The successful candidate will be a positive leader and with a proven track record of training, developing, motivating, and coaching team members to partner together to achieve individual and business goals; while creating a culture of trust and engagement. CNC Operator Assistant (8/15/18) (Position Filled)

Are you mechanically inclined? Are you looking to learn a new skill? We’re looking for somebody to assist our CNC operator in his day to day duties. We have a CNC for cutting wood and softer materials, and a plasma CNC for cutting metals. You would be assisting the operator on both machines.

Position would include training and doing the following:

– Operate, set up, and run CNC machine
– Maintain and do light repairs to the machine
– Review files to ensure adherence to specifications and standards
– Maintain and organize the computer files and the CNC table
– Load machine with forklift
– Maintain inventories
– Good communication skills and the ability to learn / take on additional responsibilities as needed.
