This Hure dining table came out spectacular! I think it has mostly to do with the natural steel finish. The bases are double sided, so the back is enclosed. This gives it a more modern feel, and also strengthens it up, which is helpful since it is quite heavy at 760 lbs. The steel top is one piece and it has our classic bolted corners. Back in the day they added this feature to help protect the corners from damage. It does that and also adds an interesting detail. To further customize this piece, we added big nylon glides underneath to help protect the client’s floors, and make it easier to slide the table around.
