For furniture and custom orders, we try to avoid very small projects (under $3k) because our process doesn’t work well at that scale. Likewise, we also pass on very large projects (over $300k) because they’re just not much fun to work on. We build to order, so most pieces are not stocked. We also can customize all designs to suit your needs.

The Process:
Once we have a clear understanding of what you want, we’ll get you a quote with a lead time (which varies usually from 10-12 weeks).
We require a 65% deposit to start the order, with the remainder due upon completion (before we ship).
If the piece is custom, we send you drawings to approve. Please return them promptly or it can delay your order.
Once we finish your piece, we’ll send pictures for approval.
If all looks good, we collect the balance due, package and ship it out.
Shipping:
For residential addresses, the freight company will call you to schedule a delivery time.
For commercial addresses, the freight company will deliver during regular business hours.
Delivery is curbside. We do offer a White Glove service, but it typically doubles the shipping cost.
We insure every shipment, and package very carefully. Please inspect your items at the time of delivery. Note any damage on the Bill of Lading, before the shipping company leaves.
